June | Hunt for Rare Bartram’s Ixia (Lower Basin)

Join us and Florida Native Plant Society Ixia Chapter for a guided hike in search of the rare and elusive Bartram’s Ixia. This flower starts to bloom in the early morning around the middle of May through  early June. This is peak flower season in Julington-Durbin Preserve for many kinds of native Florida flowers.  Participants will meet in the parking lot and head into the Preserve together.
